If you’ve landed on my website, you may be considering a change in your life—and I’d be honored to support you.
I’ve been a therapist for over a decade, with a background that blends clinical training, cultural awareness, and specialized education in sex therapy. I earned my undergraduate degree from San José State University and my Master’s in International Counseling Psychology from Alliant International University in Mexico City. After returning to the U.S., I worked in inpatient and community mental health settings, supporting clients through complex and deeply personal challenges. I later continued my training at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I earned my Sex Therapy Certificate.
My work primarily focuses on couples and relationships, anxiety, and sexual concerns—whether those challenges show up within a partnership or individually. I help clients navigate intimacy, communication, desire, and emotional connection with compassion and clarity.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a space where even the most uncomfortable topics feel safe to explore. I approach therapy in a warm, direct, and non-judgmental way, speaking to clients as real people—not diagnoses. You can expect a welcoming environment where honesty, curiosity, and growth are encouraged.
I recently relocated to Canby, Oregon with my partner and our two cats. I offer in-person sessions in Canby, as well as virtual therapy for clients located in Oregon, California, and Nevada.
